Please contact us within 5 DAYS of delivery of your purchase regarding any questions, requests or problems you may have.
You may return new items (if damaged or incorrect item was shipped) within 8 Days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay for return shipping cost if it’s a result of our mistake (defective item, incorrect items etc), otherwise shipping cost/return shipping cost are not covered or refunded. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned item. In any case, contact us immediately so we can provide you with the shipping address and further information.
If you would like to swap out your item for a different style, we’d be happy to work with you on that and help you find a strap that works best for you!
DOMESTIC ORDERS (Switzerland & Liechtenstein)
Your ZON order will generally arrive within 1-3 business days when shipped to an address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (World)
Your ZON order will generally arrive within 2-7 business days. The time may be shorter or longer depending on location. We make an effort to prioritize processing and shipping international orders to be sure they arrive in the most timely manner.
Some countries may collect import duties or international fees. This is completely out of our control and we are not responsible to refund any such fees.
Our gift cards never expire. If you wish to send a Gift Card directly to someone send us an email and we can arrange that for you!
